1. LeanCon identification
These Terms govern access to and use of services offered by LeanCon SpA. For questions, contact hola@leancon.io
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to leancon.io, app.leancon.io, LeanCon Labs, the LeanCon platform, enabled AI and messaging features, and LeanCon professional services
3. Service description
LeanCon provides a technology platform for project management, planning, monitoring and control, and may provide implementation, productivity, operational control and training services
4. Contract documents
If these Terms conflict with a proposal, service order or customer agreement, the specific contract document prevails
5. User accounts
Accounts are personal and may only be used by authorized users. Customers manage user access to their projects
6. Customer data
Customers retain ownership of the information they upload or connect. LeanCon processes Customer Data only to provide and secure the contracted services
7. Intellectual property
LeanCon retains all rights in its platform, software, design, data structure, models, documentation, brands and proprietary methodologies
8. Acceptable use
Users must not access data without authorization, share credentials, interfere with security, upload harmful content or reverse engineer the platform
9. Artificial intelligence
AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. Users must review and validate outputs before using them for decisions
10. LeanCon Labs
Labs may offer experimental tools or prototypes that can change, have limited availability or produce approximate results
11. Third-party services
LeanCon may use external providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, analytics, AI and messaging. Their availability may be subject to their own terms
12. Availability and changes
LeanCon seeks to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a specific service level is agreed in writing
13. Professional services
Professional services are delivered according to the agreed scope. LeanCon does not assume customer project direction or guarantee a specific schedule, cost or productivity result
14. Fees and payments
Fees, taxes, currency, invoicing and payment conditions are defined in each proposal or customer agreement
15. Confidentiality
LeanCon treats customer non-public information as confidential and uses it only to provide contracted services
16. Suspension and termination
Service duration, renewal and termination are governed by the applicable agreement. Access may be suspended for non-payment, unauthorized use or security risk
17. Warranties
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Public-site and Labs material may be informational, demonstrative or experimental
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanCon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, unvalidated decisions, incomplete customer data or third-party service failures
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the platform, services, providers or operating practices
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Chile
