This policy applies to our website, contact and demo forms, LeanCon Labs, platform accounts, commercial communications and enabled channels such as email or WhatsApp
3. Information we collect
We may process contact and commercial data, account information, and technical and usage information needed to operate, protect and improve our services
4. Project information
Customers may provide project planning, progress, productivity, aggregated people and crew information, constraints, commitments, indicators and reports. Customers are responsible for the information they upload and the required authorizations
5. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, coordinate demos, administer accounts, configure and operate LeanCon, provide support, improve services and meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data
6. Artificial intelligence and WhatsApp
LeanCon may use AI and messaging providers to answer questions and produce explanations, recommendations, alerts or reports. AI outputs are support tools and do not replace professional judgement
7. Technology providers
We may use specialized providers including Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Google Analytics, OpenAI or equivalent AI providers, Kapso and Meta/WhatsApp
8. Storage and security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including authentication, role and permission controls, logical separation between companies and projects, Row Level Security and restricted access
9. Retention and deletion
Prospect and commercial contact data may be retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Project data is retained while the customer relationship remains active, subject to contractual and legal obligations
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent, portability and information about how your data is used by contacting hola@leancon.io
11. Cookies and analytics
LeanCon uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, sessions and site operation. We also use Google Analytics to understand general site use

We may update this policy for legal, technological or service changes and will revise the Last updated date
